A witness is a second node that independently verified the claimant's work
and cryptographically signed an attestation. Witnessed standing cannot be self-assigned.
Currently all nodes are Institute-operated — the mesh is in its self-attested era.
How It Works
The Emergence Institute operates at two distinct scales — internal and external — bound by one stable constitutional layer. The Engine Room generates the spore. The Constitutional Room decides what endures. The Shared Mycelium carries it across the mesh.
